MG the Venue Specialist executes the Following Services:
Providing a curated list of venues based on your specifications, which may include but are not limited to: accessibility, aesthetics, amenities, capacity, cost(s), location(s), and scheduling; List of venues to include a thorough overview of offerings and pricing for your consideration.
Facilitating discussions between you and your selected venue before you sign the venue contract, including scheduling a site visit and vetting the contract to ensure transparency
Researching caterers and providing an idea of cost and menu ideas
Facilitating discussions between you and your selected caterer (or if the event is at a bar/restaurant, negotiating the food and beverage minimum and/or specials)
Offering any additional vendor recommendations or advice to bring your vision to fruition, including the recommendation and introduction to a day of coordinator
Pricing Starts at $500 Which is the Retainer to Secure the Services of MG the Venue Specialist. That $500 will be Applied to your Final Payment.
