“Just The Venue”
The following services are included with our “Just the Venue” Package:
Providing a curated list of venues based on your specifications, which may include but are not limited to: accessibility, aesthetics, amenities, capacity, cost(s), location(s), and scheduling; List of venues to include a thorough overview of offerings and pricing for your consideration.
Facilitating discussions between you and your selected venue before you sign the venue contract, including scheduling a site visit and vetting the contract to ensure transparency
Offering any additional vendor recommendations or advice to bring your vision to fruition, including the recommendation and introduction to a day of coordinator
“Venue + F&B”
This package includes all of the services you receive with “Just the Venue” with the addition of Food & Beverage Coordination.
Providing a curated list of venues based on your specifications, which may include but are not limited to: accessibility, aesthetics, amenities, capacity, cost(s), location(s), and scheduling; List of venues to include a thorough overview of offerings and pricing for your consideration.
Facilitating discussions between you and your selected venue before you sign the venue contract, including scheduling a site visit and vetting the contract to ensure transparency
Researching caterers and providing an idea of cost and menu ideas
Facilitating discussions between you and your selected caterer
Offering any additional vendor recommendations or advice to bring your vision to fruition, including the recommendation and introduction to a day of coordinator

A HALF-HOUR, COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION GETS YOU STARTED, AND THEN YOU CAN LEAVE THE SEARCHING, CONTACTING AND NEGOTIATING TO US.
